The Company shall not be held liable for any injury, death, harm, or retention of any kind affecting its workers, staff, marketing personnel, media figures, or associated authorities, whether resulting via the use of our website or information obtained therein, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

In any case, PCP is not liable for any sort of damages or losses arising from the negligence of the agreement and your use of our website shall not exceed the amount paid for the order placed at printedcustompackaging.com.

Refund Policy

In the event of printing mistakes or discrepancies between the received order and your specified requirements, please notify our company within three working days of order delivery. While we don’t offer refunds for printing accuracies, we are committed to reprint your order to meet the initial specifications. In such cases, customers need to submit photographic evidence of defected product within 5 working days to help us look into it and initiate the reprint process. Please note that payments for accelerated transactions are not refundable under any circumstances

Policy for Order cancellation

The users of the website have the option of canceling their request within 24 hours but a 50% charge of the total order value applies to offset production costs incurred. Please be advised that the company cannot guarantee order termination beyond 24 hours.

If a customer intends to cancel their order prior to the acceptance of the final proof, a fee of 5% of the order price will be charged. It is just for the compensation of the company’s time, effort, and resources that they have invested in designing the boxes, as well as the refund processing fees paid to the payment processor

Design Orders

printedcustompackaging.com does not offer any refunds for design service orders. Once placed, these orders are definitive and non-refundable.

Sales Tax Policy

We do apply sales tax on orders within the state of IL. In case if you are tax-exempt, please submit your tax exemption document when placing your order.

Customers Submitted Artwork/Files

Our designers utilize the user-provided artwork on our website to create novel designs. The company requires the artwork files in 300 dpi (dots per inch) and CMYK format. If files are submitted in a different size or resolution, the corporation would not be held liable for any printing distortions, inaccuracies, or deviations from the order.

Customers are responsible for any discrepancies in printing relevant to the positioning or pattern of the placed order. The company takes all the required measures to prevent losses and is not liable for any loss of printed orders. When you submit artwork or other files to our website, please ensure that the content is your legitimate property.

The company reserves the right to reject any order which, in our view, is deemed unlawful or infringes on the third-party rights. When you place an order as a client, you take responsibility for the content produced on your instructions. printedcustompackaging.com has the prerogative to dismiss any order without providing a reason. The company does not publish content that is offensive, obscene, or violent.

Proofs and Color Accuracy

Placing an order typically involves submitting the final version of the artwork to the company either electronically, or as a hard copy of the requested product. Printing tasks will be sent to the press branch once we receive the contract. As a client, it is your responsibility to review and approve the proof. The firm should not be left waiting for inconsistent proofs which might cause delays. Please note that the turnaround period stated on our website begins after the proof approval.

You are advised to read the agreement and policies before committing. Please review your original file before submission to avoid errors in layout, spacing, copy, punctuation, or position of images and printed texts. Electronic proofs may not be fully transparent; issues such as overprinting or color conversion from RGB or Pantone to CMYK may occur. We are not accountable for the printed version of your products with lamination.

Customer Responsibility for Final Approved Proof

The color to be printed on the packaging is derived from the submitted artwork document but cannot be exactly replicated due to the inherent constraints of the printing process, so color consistency cannot be always guaranteed. By submitting an order, you accept this limitation.  Workers strive to achieve the nearest color match, but the company is not liable for any color differences between the anticipated and the printed work. No reprinting will be done for color variations due to the system limitations. We do not guarantee the color, ink, or density of the printed items you approved. However, if you order a hard proof, the company promises color accuracy and matching. It is to be noted that hard copy verification of hard copy will incur additional costs.

No Liability for Errors

Our company is not responsible for any of the errors in the final printed product mentioned below:

  • Spelling & Grammatical errors
  • Font Mistakes
  • Graphics punctuation
  • Percolating marks
  • Overprinting errors
  • Erroneous fonts
  • Die lines
  • Cracks in folds
  • Cropping marks
  • The difference in finished product size

*All packaging materials are shipped flat and pre-assembled.

Gang printing

Our company does not employ gang printing techniques for the majority of our printing products. Depending on the printing standards of the company and its clients, we may use any printing methodology that best suits their needs.

Overruns Underruns

We typically deliver the exact quantity of goods ordered, along with a small additional amount, and at no extra cost. In any event of fewer products shipped or under process, the company will only charge for the number of products delivered. We adhere to the general law of delivering up to 5% more or less than the ordered quantity.

Production Speed, Shipping & Delivery of Orders

Our turnaround time begins after full payment of your order, approval of your artwork file (either hard or soft copy), and confirmation of the shared material by the press department. By submitting a request on our website, you can choose the manufacturing speed, that indicates the number of working days from printing to shipping. You can send us your agreement to the proof before 10 am.

Our employees strive to deliver your items on time through shipping. In case of delays, we are not liable for any loss due to a delay in delivery. Customers agree that the company is not accountable for any interruptions due to weather conditions or customs concerns beyond our control. Refunds are for printing process issues, but orders cannot be canceled due to printing delays.

When transported to the required destination, you agree to pay the full amount for customs duty and fees. As a buyer, it is your responsibility to clear customs duties for shipments outside the USA. The company offers 5 business days for shipment within the USA without weight and quantity restrictions. Shipping to additional locations will incur an extra fee. The company does not take responsibility for delivery timing or any damage or loss during shipment. Legally, the corporation is not liable for any shipping losses. If there are issues after 6 working days of shipment, or if you provide an incorrect delivery address, additional shipping and handling costs for re-shipment will be charged.
